St. Joseph’s Academy Students Perform Christmas Carols Outside a Local Art Gallery

On Saturday, December 16th, students from St. Joseph Academy gathered at the art gallery of a St. Joseph’s parishioner for what has become an annual caroling outing.

As in previous years, Jim Clary, well-known local artist and owner of Cap’n Jim’s Gallery in Saint Clair, invited our boys and girls to perform a selection of Christmas carols outside his gallery. Teachers and parents were on hand to distribute literature on the church and school to interested bystanders and to collect donations. A lunch was provided for the children by the neighboring Achatz Restaurant, after which they returned outside for another round of carols. It was a wonderful opportunity to prepare for the coming Feast of Christmas and support the academy as well!
