Hat Day is a favorite among the younger grades!

Every year in the month of May, the students and teachers at St. Joseph's Academy go a bit crazy with school spirit.

On Monday, the students dressed in green and white and decorated their classroom to show their St. Joseph's Eagles Pride. The classroom decorations were judged and the 5th and 6th grades took the prize.

Tuesday was Crazy Hat Day...bringing out the silliest headgear imaginable!

Wednesday was Field Day and, despite the rain, was great fun for everyone. Teams competed in a variety of races and contests with points being given to the house teams of the winners.

Thursday allowed for a bit of a breather for both faculty and students, but winning classes in the Rollerblade-a-Thon fundraiser enjoyed ice cream sundaes and the "President's' Club" went out to lunch with Mrs. Fisher and three of the priests.

Finally, on Friday the students dressed up in Medieval garb. Costumes ranging from Knights to maidens and queens vied with Robin Hood, El Cid, plague victims and their doctors for prizes during the morning recess.
