A Festive Recognition of Altar Serving Excellence

On Sunday, January 6th, the Feast of the Epiphany, the Archconfraternity of St. Stephen held their induction ceremony at the High Mass.
Four new members recited the pledge and received the medal and red cord of this distinguished archconfraternity. Following the Mass, a banquet was held in St. Philomena Hall for all the altar servers, families, and friends. Fr. Angele spoke briefly about the importance of the group and then gave out awards to the archconfraternity members who had exhibited exceptional diligence over the past year. Several members were also advanced to the levels of Acolyte and MC.
